"Share" is not equal to "Customers".
I think participation, over time, will lead to customers, but a lot of brands are looking for an immediate return on one level to one. Just because someone participated in your content, this does not mean that he is ready to open his wallet. It may take 100 pieces of content for them so to think about buying something from you, and even then may not pull trigger
Believe it or not, but knowing how to create a Web site from scratch is one of the basic skills you have to master as a small business owner in this day and age.
When online marketing begins for the first time, it is easy to feel adultery for all options.
You may know this feeling – when stuck in a large box filled with machining, do not trust that you have energy or patience to put them all together.
Making it easy to fall prey because it looks simple solutions.
Some will tell you, you do not need a Web site for your business … You just need an average account or another ready solution in 5 minutes. “It’s free! It’s fast!” They say.
But he is also dangerous. Here’s why.
Do not build your job on a rented land
Social platforms are wonderful tools to expand your audience. But there are three things I want to put in mind if you still want to use Facebook (or any platform does not control it) to promote your business.
Principle 1: Facebook owe you something
You might think she does. You might argue that you have attracted a certain number of users to “admire” you, which has helped them create an audience that can display their disturbing ads.
You can keep thinking that your relationship with Facebook is a two-way street. And you can keep feeling frustrated when Facebook pulls another lousy stunt and you get shocks.
Or you can use Facebook for what they’re good at — having conversations with people who might become clients. If you can do this without relying on Facebook, you’ll be fine.
Or you might decide that Facebook isn’t worth all this effort. That’s good, too. Contrary to what some will tell you, not every business should be on Facebook. It’s a tool.no more, no less. You need to make an informed decision as to whether the device makes sense to you or not.
Principle 2: Understand why people use the podium
People go to Facebook to share Silvi images and images for their grandchildren.
Some companies can fit with this well. Health traps and photographers are part of the life of their personal client, so the use of facebook (wisely) can be good.
Can work up B2B, if you have the right brand. A fantastic work is made in a public communication on its Facebook page.
But you have to buy two things.
First, at the moment you actually depend on Facebook for your business, they will change their service conditions in a way that causes you pain. Refer to Principle 1.
Second, “Participation” is not equal to “customer”. I see a lot of coaches in particular who have wonderful participation on Facebook. They get a lot of shares, comments and bees. But this is not translated into business.
This is not marketing, it is an annoying hobby.
Principle 3: Facebook is a settlement site and not your home base
Do not never create a settlement site at your home base. Your home base is something that controls – where billing is paid and sets the rules. In other words, it is your basic location.
Twitter, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and Any fans / other fans are available for repeated opportunities to return to your site in search of content that they can only find and subscribe to your email list for more content.
Think about social sites as a business exhibitions. It is excellent places to raise talks and find new threads and spread the word about what you do.
But you still have an office where the main work is completed. This is your basic location. Keep it … well, basic.
Do you still want to use Facebook?
