I want to share anything I see that many business owners and marketers make mistakes, something I consider it necessary and condition for your business, not good if you are in your business

Currently, making a quick advertisement that you put in front of someone who does not know you and does not know your product and is waiting for him to fall in love with you immediately and go to buy something that is not easy at all. Love at the first look at our work has ended in our time, this strategy that was good years ago, will not work now

We all know the importance of ads to reach excellent results, I am not talking about those who want to come out with sales every period and will use Facebook groups and the Instagram account !! Rather, it is about those who want daily sales that ensure a tremendous development in the business

And because we have agreed that love at first sight is over, then we must pay attention to the potential customer’s journey, which simply means that we care about the stage or place where our potential client stands now and we talk to him based on it .. And this is what I called a lot, the customer’s temperature.

So .. you should define these stages and tell yourself what I will say to everyone who stands in each stage of them through advertisements? And what do I do to make him move to the next?
For me, I see it as 5 stages, you just have to specify it to suit your work

Cold crowd: is the stage where the person is standing is someone who does not know you, and does not know your product, and does not know how they will know, and do not know what you have. So, when they do not offer videos and really value and useful content, makes it say for himself .. Wow good, I learned so, I did not know I can do it! , This person knows what he says, I want to see what he also has !! Why do this? To make them move to the next stage

The interactive audience: This is the stage in which the person standing in is someone who knows you, knows your work or what you do, heard about you, watched videos of you, but unfortunately he did not do any action that would make him advance to the next stage, for example watch a video, write a comment for you , Send a Facebook message to you, enter your site and see your article, at this stage who stands in it made a confirmation that he is interested, and if you are wondering how do I know them? This is simple .. on any advertising platform (Facebook, Google, etc.) you can easily build audiences based on these things.
Now … to move him to the next stage, why you do not tell him what it means, I saw that you are interested, why do I not offer you a greater benefit or something more specialized for free

Warm audience: This is the stage in which the person standing in it is a person who has confirmed that he is interested, and has done a larger action that indicates that his interest is not normal, such as if he gave you his phone number, or entered the product sale page, or gave you his email, or called you by phone Or, request to attend a free training with you, this is a very interested person, and to take him to the next stage, you only have to talk about himself and how you can help him with very useful content

Hot crowd: This is the stage where the person standing in is someone who is very close to buying, everything is suitable for them and they really want to buy what you have, but for a certain reason they did not do so, your task here is to know these objections that made them not buy and remove them completely, If the reason is that they are afraid that what you sell is not good, show them ads with opinions of former clients, if the reason is money, I show them that the value they will get is much greater than what they will pay

Clients: I don’t think this needs an explanation. These are your customers who actually paid you, should we leave them ?? Of course not, they also need to see a good experience, as customer service or as additional services that benefit them more and so on.

These are the 5 stages that will make your plan foolproof. Imagine with me that you have the correct content and composition for all people in these different stages. Yes, this is the overall flannel strategy.
